Development of Compactness of Reconfigurable LPF/BSF Using a Simple Technique for Radar Applications

In this paper a new compact reconfigurable low pass/band stop filter using miniature omega resonator placed in small DGS the ground. The reconfiguration frequency response can be achieved with same topology and dimensions by changing just position of channel slot which connect to metallic ground without any other requirements. Several advantages obtained structure based on use one cell such as simplicity fabrication, very insertion loss pass bands, high rejection band sharp transition. This is suited for many areas modern communication applications microwave technology since it shows simple several benefits good wide out bands signals, selectivity, compactness losses seize, total area 9.08×10mm 2 .
